Cayce on 19 Cancers: Causes ~ Treatment 2
2457-4 EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before.
Conditions are not so well with the body as when we last had
same here. Those conditions as are prenatal in their effect,
through the activity of forces made manifest in a physical
body, are beginning to become in the manner of producing
within the system an element as of its OWN resuscitation,
living upon the life OF the body-physical. That's a very
good description of cancer, isn't it? for it IS malignant in
its nature, and has already attacked the mammary glands, and
is going to be rather fast in its operation unless there are
means taken as to check same. [Surgery was advised usually.]
We would give then, THESE, as we find, would be the better
corrective measures for this body, were there a serum made
from that as is called the "wolve" [wolf] in the beef or
the hare, at this season, and injections made in that region
where the blood supply to the system is most effective. For
this region of system this would be materially aided, or
checked - or NICCOLITE, as this becomes. [See 2514-4, Par.
15-A advising tendon or "wolve" in both left legs of rabbit
be removed before preparing as a food, as it might cause a
fever.]
In that as may be done at the present, until same may be
made, we would use those of the medicated ash, with the fume
bath, where those of the salts - Epsom Salts - are used.
This to produce that condition where the capillary
eliminations are increased. The dose of the medicated
ash should be at least an eighth grain in at least a
tablespoonful or quarter glass of water three times each day.
Keep the body quiet.
Feed ALL the food that is of a NOURISHING nature, but not
from MEATS. Those of cereals, fruits, vegetables, AND such -
or principally of the nature that are the foods of the hare,
the foods of the beef - these are DESTRUCTIVE forces TO such
as may be seen in the condition attacking system.
There be, as has been given, some nineteen characters of such
conditions, and all AFFECT the body in SIMILAR but DIFFERENT
manners, just as the different natures of human beings
respond to the seven elements that may be so sub-divided as
to make MYRIADS of the changed vibration in system.
Oh, much
might be said, but when the ash is given - then apply those
of the ultra violet ray. This should not be supplied more
than three to four minutes at a time, for it would then be
other THAN superficial for the body, and should be at least
thirty-eight inches from the body when applied, and BEST that
it be applied to the solar plexus center upward.
In the application, also would be well that the X-RAY be
applied as DEEP therapy for the body. This will MATERIALLY
aid in LOOSENING oxygen for the bone structure. While the
body may become stiff for a time, unless activities are
given, these may be materially aided by the masseuse or
the massage that will keep in action the muscular forces,
the activities of the whole system. Do that. Ready for
questions.
(Q) Through whom may this serum be obtained?
(Q) How can this be made?
(A) This should be drawn off - that is, the wolve [wolf],
see? - PUNCTURED by an hypodermic, see? This drawn off and
then a culture made into the flesh of the same animal from
which it's drawn, whether beef or hare. Then the culture
applied to the HUMAN body, see? or blood drawn and a culture
made FOR the human body and then applied to the body. There
must necessarily be experimentations, with the proper heat,
the proper precautions taken as to the character of cell
as is destroyed in the culture made, and in the activity of
the animal as well as human when being used; but for this
character of the condition this would be MOST effective in
at least fifty percent of such ills.
2512-2 (Q) What caused this condition originally, and where and how
did it first show manifestation?
(A) An unbalancing of the chemical forces, and then
localized by operative measures, of course, in the lower
portion of alimentary canal, and the condition of the blood
supply at the time caused the acute condition to arise.
3672-1 But begin with the application of raw beets to the area about
the breast, but not over the destructive portion itself. Cut
the beets, with some of the tender leaves or stems, and apply
directly against the body. Change these applications, using
fresh beets, at least three times each day. We find that
this should heal.
It will also require that there be taken internally about
every other day an eighth grain of Animated Ash, and that
this be followed in a few minutes with a treatment using the
ultra-violet Mercury Quartz Light with the green plate glass
projected between the Light and the body, one time through
the back and the next time through the frontal area.
The ultra-violet ray should be about 42 inches from the body,
while the piece of green plate glass (size 8 x 10) should be
about 14 inches from the body. Only use this a minute each
day, one day on the back and the next day over the breast
where the destructive forces would eat through the tissue to
the lung - though they haven't as yet.
Apply these properly. Every other day take the Animated Ash,
but give the ultra-violet ray each day - not without the
green glass projected.
Drink plenty of beet juice. Prepare this preferably by
cooking the beets in Patapar Paper, so that all the salts and
juices that come from the beets may be taken; about two
ounces of this juice each day.
4074-1 pregnancy, there are those disturbances that are causing
great anxiety for the body as well as for the offspring.
These have to do with the condition existent as related to
the pelvic areas.
We find that rather than using the x-ray, radium or other
means to allay, it would be preferable to take small
quantities internally of Plantain tea and to use a Plantain
poultice over the areas disturbed. Thus there would be
the insurance of a much more normal reaction at the time of
delivery and much better probability of the child not being
affected by the use of such strong measures.
4901-1 (Q) Should he stop the use of tobacco?
(A) Any stimuli that tends to make dregs for the system is
harmful to the condition.
5555-2 (Q) Is there any danger of this body inheriting cancer?
(A) More danger of it becoming active in system; NOT
inheriting - for this is a condition that leaves a tendency,
not a hereditary condition, as are some of those that are
transmuted through the blood and the genitive organs.
5579-1 This produces then to the walls of the stomach a nauseating
feeling, throwing off from the intestinal tract and produces
a choking up of the glands here in the stomach. The throwing
out to protect it here has produced a thickening of the wall
and we have a soreness in the wall of the stomach itself.
This is right at the upper end; not at the lower. If it had
been at the lower we would have had cancer.
The stomach cleanses itself in throwing out from this side,
because of the gastric juices it passes out; this throwing
out the leukocytes throws it into the state we have it - the
spasmodic condition of the stomach. It is not drugs. It has
been a form of copper.
5585-1 EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5585]. Now, we find there
are many conditions as disturb this body.
These have to do
not only with the effects of that as is given to ease or to
bring comfort to the body in its detrimental effect, but also
those specific conditions as have to do with the destruction
of tissue in the body, and the effect this drain, or strain,
produces in the physical functioning. These, then, are
conditions as we find them with this body, [5585] we are
speaking of:
IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find evidences of the character of
the condition existent, in the character of the bacilli as is
carried in the blood stream. Also we find the effect in the
nerve system of those properties as are given as a hypnotic
or anaesthesia for the nerve pressure, or nerve centers where
pain and distress comes through the physical suffering of
tissue being so involved as to waste or to destroy self in
the system.
IN THE PHYSICAL ORGANS, here we find the strain on the whole
general system, produced by the character of the blood as is
carried through the system.
The organs of digestion function fairly normal, especially
when we consider the distresses as are seen in the pelvic
organs and the distresses as are produced there by the germ
or bacilli as has set up the form of tissue that destroys
self in the activity with the organ, the organs of the
system.
This, as we find, has become malignant. Had this
been taken in time, these MIGHT have been corrected entirely
- but, from lacerations as produced from the condition of
the system, in the way of forming those of an over-acid, the
lesions became those of first the sarcoma reaction, then of
the [lesion] nature as produces destructive cell.
5662-1 We would keep covered with
those of a young hare's fur, or rabbit fur - PREFERABLY that
recently caught, or skinned; the skin, to be sure, prepared
so that no infectious forces may arise from same.
For those tendencies to the non-balancing of the blood
supply, we would take those of the Psyllium seed at least
three times each day; not a great quantity, but taken with
each meal.
1548-2 The addition and the effect of these upon the system, as we
find, would be as follows:
The natural effect of any infection through the pulmonary
system is to destroy the activity of that production between
the blood flow as related to the acid and alkalinity of the
system.
Hence we find that in those systems where there is the excess
of destructive tissue in the pulmonary system, there is a
lack of the hydrochloric acid in portions of the system.
Hence these properties are added in a manner in which there
is the effectiveness through the intestinal system, and the
assimilating system; so that we will have less reinfection in
the blood stream, see?
Then the activity of the calcium or lime in the Calcios, as
we find, is almost free; while much of this may be taken from
vegetables, these properties will be easily assimilated, and
the activity of the calcium is to produce for the blood
CELLULAR forces that which adds to the EFFECTIVENESS as it
were of the color and the covering of the blood CELLS
themselves!
These properties, then, become EFFECTIVE in any system where
there are the infections, or reinfections - as of tubercular
or cancerous natures. However, there are the needs for other
lobules that are prepared for conditions where there is a
segregation. The opposite effect exists in a system, of
course, with tuberculosis and cancer. For one is a
separation, the other is a segregation.
1783-1 (Q) Certain doctors think I have a tendency to cancer. Is
this true and if so is there any real danger?
(A) If there is not something done, this may be the eventual
outcome of the clogging through the mammary glands.
2208-1 TEXT OF READING 2208-1 M 32 (M.D., Cancer Specialist)
This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on
Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 12th day of
May, 1940,
GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the
present time; go over the body carefully, examine it
thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find; giving the
cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help
and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as
I ask them:
EC: Yes, we have the body, [2208].
As we find, the conditions which exist are the effects of the
plasm in the blood supply - in the white and leucocyte -
destroying the red blood cells.
This has been considered as a condition in which little or no
relief may be had, other than the transfusions of blood as an
aid to supply sufficient energies for the carrying on through
the body.
We find that this may be materially aided for this body, if
there will be the use of the blood of the body combined with
Iodine - Tincture of; one c.c., - this at the time of the
next transfusion given back into the body.
This effect is the lack of the cells becoming activated upon
by the iodine - that is a part of the structural activity
through the system.
Necessarily, this will require that some tests be made upon
activities, or organisms, to get the reaction of same.
But this offers a means, a channel for aid for the
conditions.
Ready for questions.
(Q) What percentage of the iodine solution should be given?
(A) As just indicated, this as to the percentage must be
tested upon organisms in which blood is traceable to the same
character of conditions existent in the organism, so that
there may be the proper balance gained. The quantity, you
see, would be as indicated.
(Q) How long will it take for recovery?
(A) Of course, this will necessitate more than one injection
of same; but there should be seen longer and longer periods
of the normal activity, if this is prepared and given as
indicated.
It should not require more than a few weeks to see the direct
improvement.
(Q) How often should these injections be given?
(A) Again, as indicated, it is necessary that this be tested
upon organisms.
(Q) Will the suggestions given here be effective in treating
Henry Werner Ketching, who is also suffering from what the
doctors call Leukemia, and is now at the St. Luke's Hospital
on Morningside Heights, N.Y.?
(A) These methods will be effective in treating any
individual case of such natures. For, the fusion is made of
the blood of the INDIVIDUAL, you see, but combined WITH the
transfusions.
When these are used, it will be found that there will be the
ability to reduce the percentage of such cases more than
fifty percent.
We are through for the present.
2406-1 The addition of the Jerusalem artichoke to
be given three days in succession, periodically, will add
those abilities to the glandular forces (as well as the
vibration of the Gold, you see) to create a better normal
balance in ALL those forces lacking in the body.
883-1 Then, as given, the only change we would add would be the Ash
which is healing in itself to tissue that has been attacked
by the bacilli that is indicated here; and will allow the
applications to be the more helpful.
975-7 (Q) Is there any malignant condition at all?
(A) Rather as we have indicated, that this may BECOME
malignant, - or that the mental attitudes and those
depreciations of the activities of those influences indicated
may bring destructive influences, or the production of that
which might produce peritoneum disturbance.
1013-3 (Q) Should it be removed locally with novacain or should I
go to the hospital?
(A) This again would be rather the choice of the physician
removing same - but it will require after treatment either
with the ultra-violet or infra-red, or the combination of
these with the radium treatment.
(Q) Is this knot local or does it have roots?
(A) As indicated, it may become malignant - and that means
plenty of roots!
(Q) Are there other knots forming in my body?
(A) Such conditions are an unbalancing of the chemical
forces of the body, and by broken tissue and the lack of
sufficient quantities of vitamins to produce proper
coagulation leaves such floating conditions in the body.
We do not find material things forming in the present, but
existent in the detail or minutia of the lymph circulation.
(Q) What local application would you suggest for the breast?
(A) As indicated, the use of the ultra-violet or the use of
radium. This should be determined by the physician. If the
ultra-violet is used, do not use it without the green light.
Do those things as indicated, for - as there are the
operative forces - there are the needs for a generous supply
to the body in the regular diet of Vitamins B-1, A and D, as
well as sufficient to produce better coagulation - either by
injection or in tablet or capsule form - especially through
those periods of preparation and through the periods when the
operative measures are performed.
But there should be the general building up of the body, as
well as the specific and local applications. All such
vitamins are found in the reinforced foods; as in the flour,
the cereals, all forms of vegetables cooked and raw that are
of the yellow variety.
DO NOT take any form of drinks that carry carbonated waters.
The gases of these, as well as all such, are detrimental and
only add fire to the unbalanced chemical forces that are
segregating themselves in the body.
1085-1 But if there is not the destruction of the bacilli that
is destructive, then there will be the greater continuation
of the distresses; necessitating that there be given the
sedatives in such measures or to such an extent as to make
for the easing of the pain.
3180-3 he found
that there are places in the world where NOBODY ever gets
cancer. Convinced that diet is a factor, he looked to see
what they all had in common. He read everything he could
find relating diet to cancer, and found out about a chemical
substance found in almonds, apricot seeds, lima beans, and
many other foods. Isolated by Dr. E. T. Krebs at the same
time Hoffman discovered LSD, the substance was called
amygdalen [amygdalin]. It is now being marketed (but NOT in
the U.S.) under the name Laetrile, and is also known as
vitamin B-17. To prevent cancer, we need only include in our
diet those rich in B-17, PROVIDED our diet is balanced in
other respects. However, once cancer has developed, it takes
more to suppress it, and the use of the concentrated
substance becomes necessary for control.
Cancer cells have the interesting ability to obtain oxygen
directly from sugar; normal cells depend on the oxygen supply
in the blood. It is through this sugar metabolism that
cancer starves the body, ripping off all the available
sugars. The more sugar eaten, the more the cancer feeds,
the more it grows and the more there is of it to rip off
sugar. (Does this tell you anything about eating lots of
sugar?) It is also through this sugar metabolism that B-17
works against cancer. B-17 is a complex sugar-cyanide
molecule. Cancer cells metabolize for oxygen, and free the
bound up cyanide, which kills the cells. The normal cell,
unable to break down the complex molecule, is unaffected.
Further, the normal cells contain a substance, which protects
them against small amounts of cyanide, and which cancer cells
lack.
The Laetrile (B-17) treatment is effective in a high
percentage (90%) of cases, usually in this pattern: almost
immediate reduction of cessation of pain; gradual reduction
and disappearance of growths; regaining of health and
strength, where proper diet is maintained. Even in the
best cases, it does not constitute a cure. A maintenance
dosage of B-17 must be taken or the cancer returns. This,
however, in no problem, as the substance has been shown to
be totally non-toxic in one of the most exhaustive toxicity
studies ever undertaken.
Or rather I should say it SHOULD be no problem. B-17 is not
approved in this country. You can't get any legally unless
you go to Mexico or West Germany - or Russia - or the
Philippines - or any one of perhaps 100 other countries
where they are either using it or testing it; and then you
would have to smuggle it in. In the U.S. the government
won't even allow it to be tested. The Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) for unknown reasons, takes a
particularly hard line on cancer drugs. The official
policy seems to be to suppress such drugs, label them "quack
cures", and prosecute anybody who tries to provide them to
the hundreds of thousands of dying cancer patients. A
program for testing Laetrile (B-17) was begun last year,
after 25 years of testing and use in other countries, and
then stopped two years of testing and use in other countries,
and then stopped two weeks later when somebody high up in
the government (Surgeon General?) found out the program had
been approved "through clerical error"! Meanwhile, millions
are spent yearly on cancer research, all in attempts to
"prove" that cancer is caused by a virus (it's not!); total
evidence found so far; none. Billions are spent yearly
by the million or so people receiving the same treatments:
surgery, radiotherapy, and a few drugs so toxic they are
only used in "hopeless" cases to keep the patient alive a
little longer, and prolong the expensive treatments. The
number of these people is increasing rapidly - on the order
of 100,000 more every year.
So keep eating those almonds. When you eat fruit, eat the
seeds (that's where the B-17 and it's needed to balance the
fruit sugar) - apples, pears, etc. In apricots, peaches,
plums, cherries, etc., break open the pit and eat the seed
inside. Smuggle B-17 from Germany if your friends get
cancer. If you want to know more about the technical aspect,
what cancer is and how it develops, how Laetrile is effective
against it, read LAETRILE: CONTROL FOR CANCER, Kittler,
G.D., Astor-Honor, Inc., 205 E. 42nd St., New York, N.Y.
10017. This book is excellent on the technical-cellular-
chemical-biological aspects of cancer generally, and of the
Laetrile treatment. I'm not sure the history is accurate.
Lots of big words like glucosidases and glucuronidases,
trophoblasts and metasases - but clear enough if read
carefully. If you ask your doctor, don't be surprised if
he gives you the straight official line: Laetrile, like a
lot of other substances (remember Krebiozen?), is a
worthless quack drug, part of a fraudulent conspiracy (some
drugs are just that frauds), and that ONLY the Doctor Trip
is effective against cancer. This is an out and out lie.
All attempts to test in the U.S. have been suppressed. I
leave it to you to decide where the conspiracy lies.
